I did not find the letter from the Board of Trustees until after school, so sorry this has not come home. It does not apply to us as the meeting is the first afternoon of camp, so your children will be sliding, swimming and doing art as planned with us.
I will send this letter home on Monday as you will want to know what the meeting is about.
