Rooms 3 & 4 End of Year

Oops sorry Room 3 I had this own my table to give out as hard copies today - tomorrow, I promise.

Dear Parents,

Rooms 3 & 4 are planning a bike ride along the Rail Trail as part of our LEOTC programme for 2016. We have scheduled this for Friday 9th December.

For Room 3 this is also part of our Inquiry/Reading/ RE (Mary’s Garden).

We will all spend time in Mrs Beilby’s garden, and the children will pot their own individual Mary’s Garden. We will also enjoy a range of games and activities including cricket, mini-golf, and a scavenger hunt. There may be a small cost for the mini-golf and you will be informed of this closer to the time.

For this Rail Trail event we require ten parents to accompany us. Please advise Mrs Ward as soon as possible if you are available (email markelleward@stgerards.school.nz ). We will also need a parent to drive an Emergency Vehicle. Please reply by Monday 21^st November.

For this to go ahead we need to know if we have sufficient parents to help.
