What an exciting week ahead! The musical is looking really great - now to to get it onto the Main stage in Alexandra.
Tickets: are available at the school office. Lots of seats booked already - be in to book your preferred seat.
Costumes: bring these to the theatre in a named plastic bag on Tuesday. Thank you so much Maree Jenkinson for working on the dove masks (I'll drop the rest of the down feathers asap - forgot sorry!)
Lunches: Lunch will be eaten at the theatre/on the grassed area where the old swimming pool was. Probably best not to have a lunch order as we may stop at different times for lunch depending on rehearsal needs - some classes may lunch at a different time depending on classes sorting entrances through the wings and items on stage. What looked okay in the hall may not necessarily work in the theatre.
Girls Self Defense: will be held next Tuesday all day - please wear school sports uniform. A letter with information for parents will come home on Thursday.
Kapahaka: as we have musical at our usual time this week Ms Tamati has offered to come on Friday at 11:40. This term is when anyone new who wants to join the group can come along so that they get a taste and can make their decision whether to join the group in 2017.
Tee-ball/Softball: permission slips will come home Monday and need to be returned by Wednesday so that the teams can be entered. Thank you Mrs Reid for offering to help with a team - more help is needed please.
Athletics: Friday October 28th at Molyneux Park: I have 1 offer of help at this stage.
HELP! Hayvin's Pounamu
Hayvin took off his Taonga at Moana Pool and put it in his bag. he hasn't been able to find it since. I have just been notified of this. Does anyone have any other information? or was given it to look after? It would be awesome to find this for him.
Homework this week it to read, rest, exercise outdoors and enjoy performing on the stage.
Thank you everyone for your help with finding costumes. Please let me know if you are having trouble - the earlier the better!
