Kia Ora

We have all finished the last parts of our mihimihi, and today we wrote these into our homework books.  A bit of a challenge as each person has a different statement about their siblings.

One difficulty today was that quite a few people did not have their homework books at school, so they have not got this to work on yet. I will try to find time to do these before the end of the week, so that everyone is all set to work on these orally as a homework task in preparation for camp.

It is expected that each person will introduce themselves with their mihimihi. Some people already feel confident to share with a group, but for others it seems a bit daunting. The marae is a very supportive place and we will all support each other as we take up the challenge of this new learning.
