Congratulations Room 3 on outstanding poetry eisteddfods this week. I am so excited that some people who find this really scary, found the courage to stand up and do a great job. Well done everyone.
Those who will represent Room 3 Year 2 at the eisteddfod assembly on Thursday at 1:30 are: Archie Reid, Jelena Morrell, and Mason Broome. Keep working on your introductions, having eye contact with the audience, speaking slowly and clearly and using expression to bring your poem alive.
Year 3 people will present as part of the year 3 & 4 group. Keira McFadyen will represent Room 3.
We heard a huge range of poems and it was exciting that some people presented poems written by parents.
Hope you can join us on Thursday, when we will enjoy poems from throughout the school.
