I have received an email from the promoters explaining that the first time a child logs in they will need to complete a placement test. I will try and get as many as possible to do this at school, but with 3 computers and 23 children, and needing to teach reading and writing at the same time, if there are technical issues that people need help with - it is not always possible to assist with new programmes.
If you are working on this at home, please support your child initially until they master the system. As I said this is a free offer for students for a short time and the free trial starts today. Take up the offer if you want.
